I was delayed on 2 flights (1 & 3 tickets). Initially I tried to sort it out myself with Wizzair, once they didn't reply, another time they said it wasn't their fault => I can't get compensation. On the one that Wizzair said it wasn't their fault, I've already received the compensation, the Troubleflight commission is relevant, but honestly considering how easy it was for me to use Troubleflight, I'm sure I wouldn't have bothered until the end to get the compensation myself. I've only received compensation on 1 flight so far, but I'm pretty sure I'll get it on the other 3 (I'll amend in a few months review if necessary). In short: unless you are a lawyer who knows what and how => I recommend Troubleflight, their system was super easy to use and there were no fees that I didn't know about beforehand. PS: It takes time - but it's because of the airline, when the compensation was approved Troubleflight sent the money in under 12hrs and it came in within 3 working days~.
