Trouble Flight works on a no win, no fee basis. We will charge the lowest commission on the market, of 25%+VAT of the compensation amount, for cases settled amicably with the airlines. For compensations collected from airlines as a result of legal action taken by us and our legal partners, commission is 50% (VAT included). For ineligible compensations, or in case of losing the case in court, you will not be charged anything.
