We cannot really force you to act responsibly, but we can guarantee we are responsible and responsive. Even though many passengers think multiple claims will help them collect the compensation quicker, the actual effect is exactly the opposite. Airlines use this as a reason to confuse all the claim management companies by providing generic and unverifiable information, passengers end up with a pile of claims out of which they cannot find who collected the money. We don't say you have to work mandatorily with us, but it is highly recommended to select just one claim management company and keep going with it.
