Even though many passengers think multiple claims will help them collect the compensation quicker, the actual effect is exactly the opposite. Airlines use this as a reason to confuse all the claim management companies by providing generic and unverifiable information, passengers end up with a pile of claims out of which they cannot find who collected the money.
