It rarely happens that the transaction is reversed and the money comes back to our bank account. This usually happens if some details are wrong, e.g.: account holder name or some digits have been entered incorrectly. In case you do not see the incoming amount in your bank account, in the first instance please contact your bank to make sure there are no pending incoming transactions. If your bank does not see the money, please contact us here with the written confirmation from your bank that they could not locate the transfer.
