    I never received IBAN request, but status is awaiting IBAN.

    If the status of your claim is awaiting IBAN, please make sure to carefully check your inbox of the email you inserted during the claim registration. Also, please check in the junk folder. Most likely you will find emails with IBAN request in your inbox or in junk folder. Once you found it, please follow the instructions and fill out the form.
